Responsibilities:
In this pivotal role, you will be an integral part of our cross-functional DevSecOps team, collaborating closely with fellow developers, QA/Test Engineers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and scrum masters. Your key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Lead sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Represent Pletava at industry events and conferences.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT services.
- Strong understanding of the software development industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Nice to have:
- Experience selling IT outsourcing or staff augmentation services.
