Responsibilities:

In this pivotal role, you will be an integral part of our cross-functional DevSecOps team, collaborating closely with fellow developers, QA/Test Engineers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and scrum masters. Your key responsibilities include:

• Create and maintain design systems for consistent user experiences across all platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into beautiful, functional designs.
• Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay current with design trends and tools to continuously improve our design practice.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design decisions.
• Understanding of frontend development principles and constraints.

Nice to have:

• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Experience in HealthTech, EdTech, or GreenTech industries.
